Completing the Loan Signing System course

I'm Katie Gibney, welcome to my website! I am a licensed attorney in the State of Ohio (currently Inactive but in good standing). In the last ten years, I have practiced criminal defense and civil litigation, as well as negotiated and managed multimillion-dollar federal contracts. I am a certified Loan Signing Agent through the Loan Signing System, and my notary commission does not expire. I am adept at problem solving, paying close attention to detail, and helping others. Oh, and I really enjoy photographing butterflies! Feel free to poke around my site to learn more about me!

P.S. - I currently serve the greater Dayton area and surrounding communities, including Beavercreek, Vandalia, and Huber Heights.

About Me

I recently moved back to the Dayton area after spending the last two years caring for my grandfather in Cleveland. Being a caretaker has changed my perspective on life, and I am grateful I had the opportunity to do it. Now that I am back home in Dayton, I look forward to gaining a new perspective, and am looking forward to new opportunities that await.
